While I know my project was small compared to the others you deal with, you treated it like it was a multi-million dollar project. The installer that Osprey sent, Mr. Hunter, was very skillful, personable and efficient. I would recommend your company to everyone thinking about installing a new kitchen. From the planning stage to implementation of the design to the finishing touches Osprey Bay is the best. Thanks again for making my reonovation experience such a good one.

You have given us a wonderful gift. This past week, Craig re-visited at our six-month completion anniversary. This kitchen had been made livable and he took many pictures. I want to express my pleasure of working on our kitchen remodeling project with Drew Ciecierski.  My wife and I were so pleased that we were not designing our IKEA kitchen alone, but with the help of Drew.  She noticed all the "trouble spots" in our kitchen early on, and went with us, step-by-step, towards a beautiful design.  Drew was always helpful, prompt in her responses, and ready to offer her advice to yet more questions we will always have.

Let me begin by saying that my new IKEA kitchen fits so naturally, that I hardly remember how my old kitchen used to look until someone walks into the room and says, "WOW!"  It is absolutely gorgeous.

Scott's team members, Alex and his co-worker, were wonderful.  True gentlemen, excellent in their craftsmanship, also with a great eye for detail and beauty.  Their work was superb, and they took great care over the smallest of details.  I would let this crew work in my home again. Alex even had me test each appliance after installation to make sure that everything worked.
